WHAT IS PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZING?
Besides the thing that brings me joy and peace in life, professional organizing is a purposeful system and approach to organizing anything from a closet to an estate, or from a file to a business. I know it can be intimidating. You’re sharing your personal, private, and often chaotic space with a stranger. This is why for every client I work with I begin by finding out more about them and their needs, instead of imposing my-way-or-the-highway. I love to work with clients and help them make real-life decisions and changes!
How long does it take to get organized?
That is a hard question to answer! Similar to knowing how long it will take to lose 10 pounds–each person’s situation is very unique. Determining factors can include:
- amount of clutter
- abilities of clients to make decisions
- availability of both the client and the CPO
Some clients need an initial session to get them started and then finish on their own. Others prefer weekly or monthly sessions to get to the bottom of the disorganization, and then help keep them on track.
How much does it cost to get organized?
Like the previous question, the cost will depend on the size of the clutter and the client’s ability to make concise decisions, as well as how much time is spent with the client. We work at the client’s pace, and aim to complete the organizing job in an efficient, economical manner.
